i would like to know if there will be a french version of Vista 32 and/or 64 bit and if yes... when it'll be released?

I believe there will be MUI (multi-user interface) language packs available - they are usually for German and Japanese.

Of course there will be a French version :D
MUI packs are a different story and I don't think the initial poster ment those ;)
